What you can expect to encounter in a session depends on… well…. YOU! Your body is in a constant state of regeneration. What you need on one day may be drastically different than what you need the day after. My “job” is to “simply” use my wisdom and intuition to create the best container for your healing journey.

Here’s some examples of what you might experience in a session.

Yoga : Great to increase balance and flexibility, as well as supporting the management of stress and mental health.

Pilates : Known to improve muscle tone, mobility, balance and reduce chronic pain. Great for individuals rehabbing an injury.

Strength and Stability : Increasing muscle mass can enhance your quality of life as well as help you manage or lose weight by increasing your metabolism.

Mindful Movement : Do you feel disconnected from your body? Build a deep relationship and understanding with your vessel by learning how to check in and communicate with muscles and bones. This practice helps you understand where your mysterious pain stems from and assists in re-patterning habits created from years of misuse.
